The instant ramen Kabuki Tonkotsu and Soy Sauce flavor (TCF brand) is mainly composed of noodles made from wheat flour and table salt. The powdered soup base contains salt, soy milk powder, soy sauce powder, sugar, yeast extract powder, dehydrated potato, spices, dextrin, vegetable oil, sesame seeds, dried leek, and bone broth flavoring, as well as additives such as flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate and E635), thickener (guar gum), acidity regulator, and flavorings. Finally, it includes a packet of flavored oil consisting of sesame oil, rice oil, and spice extract. It should be noted that this product contains wheat (gluten), soy, and sesame as main allergens.
