Milk Cookies or Mini Mantou 

Ingredients: potato starch, white sugar, egg, wheat flour and milk powder, a combination that gives it its characteristic light, melt-in-your-mouth texture. To enhance its flavor and consistency, it is complemented with honey, maltose, lactose and a touch of salt. Finally, it contains two standard confectionery additives: the antioxidant E322 (lecithin, which acts as an emulsifier) and the acidity regulator E503 (ii) (ammonium bicarbonate, a leavening agent that makes the cookies very crispy). Please note that this product contains common allergens such as egg, wheat (gluten), milk, and lactose.
