INGREDIENTS 

 peanuts (50%), followed by a combination of flours that form its crispy coating: wheat flour (15%), glutinous rice flour (12.5%) and corn flour (12%).

The characteristic flavor is achieved by 6% of wasabi and nori seaweed flavor, a seasoning blend that includes sugar, wasabi flavor, salt, maltodextrin, nori seaweed flakes, pepper powder, the flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate (E621) and the anti-caking agent silicon dioxide (E551). The rest of the recipe is completed directly with sugar (2%), salt (1.5%) and dehydrated seaweed (1%).

For proper preservation and finish, the recipe incorporates the leavening agent sodium carbonate (E500), the sweetener acesulfame K (E950) and the coloring cupric complexes of chlorophylls (E141), which provides its striking green color. Regarding food warnings, the product contains peanuts and wheat (gluten), and may include traces of soy due to cross-contamination at the factory.
