Sake Nigorisyu - 300 ml 12.5% vol

Nigorisyu Sake is a nigori (slightly cloudy) style sake in the junmai category, made exclusively with water, rice, and koji. Its whitish, silky appearance is due to the retention of a small amount of rice solids, which provides a creamier texture and a particularly smooth mouthfeel.

Serving Recommendations

To best appreciate its character, it is recommended to serve it very cold or slightly chilled. As it is a nigori sake, sediment is common: gently shake the bottle before serving to homogenize its texture and flavor.
