These Hot Pot wheat noodles (780 g) are Asian-style noodles perfect for enjoying a Chinese hot pot at home, but also great for soups, ramen, and stir-fries. They come in a convenient 780 g bag with 12 individual nests that make portioning easy. Their thin noodle format (just over 2 mm wide) allows for quick cooking and a pleasant texture, perfect for absorbing broths and sauces.

Instructions:

For soup or hot pot: Add directly to boiling broth and cook for 3 minutes.

For stir-fries, ramen, or other recipes: Boil in water for 3 minutes, drain well, and add to the stir-fry or final broth.
